Scott Gooding is a cook, food advocate, and holistic nutrition and performance coach. Matilda Brown is a former writer, director and actress who, with her husband Scott Gooding and mother Rachel Ward, is an advocate for regenerative agriculture. The couple have three children and split their time between home on Sydney's northern beaches and Matilda's family's farm in Nambucca Valley, five hours north of Sydney.
