Making your own DIY dry shampoo is super-easy with this natural recipe that uses ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen pantry.
This dry shampoo recipe is suitable for all hair colour and will save you money.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup cornflour
- ½ tbsp baking soda
- ¼ cup cocoa powder (add more for darker hair colour)
- 10 drops peppermint essential oil
Method
- Mix dry ingredients well with a whisk to ensure there are no lumps.
- Add the essential oil.
- Store in a glass jar and apply to the roots of your hair using a large make-up brush.
Tip: Store in a spice jar when travelling.
