Exercise for pregnant women has never been easier with this 10-minute pregnancy exercise. All you need for this prenatal exercise is an exercise/stability ball!
NOTE: While exercise during pregnancy is recommended, it’s important you get clearance from your doctor before joining in.

- Figure-of-eight
- Glute bridge
- Side clam
- Bird/Dog
- Side plank leg lift
