This homemade vegan mayonnaise recipe goes great with just about anything! Learn how to make the best tasting egg-free mayonnaise with Gia and Olive.

Ingredients
- 2 cups firm tofu
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp honey or date puree
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding water if mixture is too thick.
- Store in fridge for a maximum of 2–3 days.
