Trying to get more veggies into your kids’ diets? Gia and Olive have some great ideas.
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 7 Minutes
Serves: 6
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 cups peas
- 3 cups silverbeet
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Method
- Add oil to hot pan, then add garlic and peas.
- Slowly add silverbeet, adding more as it wilts until all cooked.
- Add salt and honey.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
