This vegan chocolate chia pudding recipe is all indulgence minus the guilt. It also makes a tasty treat for a healthy breakfast.

Serves: 4


  • ¼ cup cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3–4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1½ cups almond milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until well mixed.
  2. Pour into an airtight jar and place in the fridge overnight. Can be used as a topping for breakfast (with fruit) or as dessert.
