Makes: Large-size dip

Ingredients
  • 2 x 400g tinned chickpeas
  • ½ cup liquid from tinned chickpeas
  • 1 lemon, juice and rind
  • 1½ tbsp tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
Method

Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth, adding water if necessary.
