Boost your immune system with this homemade natural cold and flu remedy. Containing ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper, honey and eucalyptus oil, this cold and flu drink will keep you fighting fit throughout flu season.
Ingredients
- 2 cm ginger root
- 2–3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- Juice of 2–3 lemons
- Juice of 1/2 orange and zest
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 drops eucalyptus oil
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Mix one teaspoon of mixture with hot or warm water.
- Stir remaining mixture in the fridge.
