A simple, yet healthy dressing for your salad.

Makes: 250 ml
Ingredients
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ cup water
Method
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding more water if necessary.
