  • 1/3 cup white chia seeds
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 400ml can light coconut milk 
  • 2 tbsp 100% maple syrup 


  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Cover and place in fridge for a couple of hours until mixture has thickened. 
  3. Divide mixture among serving glasses and top with chopped banana and a drizzle of maple syrup.
