- 1/3 cup white chia seeds
- 1 banana, mashed
- 400ml can light coconut milk
- 2 tbsp 100% maple syrup
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cover and place in fridge for a couple of hours until mixture has thickened.
- Divide mixture among serving glasses and top with chopped banana and a drizzle of maple syrup.
