This cardio exercise during pregnancy is just 10 minutes long and doesn’t require any equipment.
NOTE: While exercise during pregnancy is recommended, it’s important you get clearance from your doctor before joining in.

- Marching on the spot
- Arm raises
- Butt kicks
- Side squats
- Side knee raises with arms
