Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp LSA mix
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until it reaches your desired consistency.
  2. Serve topped with shredded coconut.
