- 4 cups brown basmati rice
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups coconut cream
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 lemongrass bulbs, about 10-cm in length, smashed with a pestle
- 3 fresh kaffir lime leaves
Mix and cook all ingredients in a rice cooker.
