Ingredients

  • 4 cups brown basmati rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 lemongrass bulbs, about 10-cm in length, smashed with a pestle
  • 3 fresh kaffir lime leaves

Method

Mix and cook all ingredients in a rice cooker.
