Learn how to make healthy oat biscuit with this super-easy recipe. You won’t believe this oat biscuit recipe has just two main ingredients and doesn’t contain sugar.

Serves: 12 Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • Optional: chocolate chips, walnuts, sultanas, cranberries or whatever you like

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200oC (fan-forced).
  2. Mash ripe bananas in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add oats and any extra ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spoon tablespoons of dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, flattening a little to resemble thick discs.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
