Find out how to make a chocolate mousse that’s dairy-free, oh-so-tasty, and with just two ingredients!
- 2 x 100g blocks dark chocolate (keep a little leftover for decoration)
- 2 x packs of silken tofu
- Optional: Orange rind, lemon rind, vanilla essence or anything else you might add to change the flavour
- Melt chocolate and pour into high-speed blender
- Add tofu and blend
- Serve in little cups
- Grate leftover chocolate on top
