Find out how to make a chocolate mousse that’s dairy-free, oh-so-tasty, and with just two ingredients!

  • 2 x 100g blocks dark chocolate (keep a little leftover for decoration)
  • 2 x packs of silken tofu
  • Optional: Orange rind, lemon rind, vanilla essence or anything else you might add to change the flavour
  1. Melt chocolate and pour into high-speed blender
  2. Add tofu and blend
  3. Serve in little cups
  4. Grate leftover chocolate on top
