Unwind with Epsom salts or magnesium flakes with this natural foot scrub you can make at home. Both Epsom salts and magnesium are believed to promote sleep and reduce stress.

  • 1 cup Epsom salts or magnesium flakes
  • ¼ cup oil (olive, almond or coconut)
  • 1 tsp liquid castile soap
  • 10–15 drops essential oil in your favourite scent

Mix ingredients in a glass jar. To use, rub about a teaspoon into sore, tired feet or cracked and dry feet.
