  • 1 avocado
  • 200 g tinned chickpeas
  • Grated zest and juice from 1½ lemons
  • ½ bunch coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 80–100 ml water
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
