Makes: Large-size dip
- 2 x 400g tinned chickpeas
- ½ cup liquid from tinned chickpeas
- 1 lemon, juice and rind
- 1½ tbsp tahini
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth, adding water if necessary.
