This easy chia pudding is low calorie, low sugar and makes the perfect healthy breakfast for kids and parents!

Ingredients
- 1 cup white chia seeds
- 4 cups thick 100% fruit juice or nectar in your favourite flavour (from the fridge section of the supermarket)
- 1 cup coconut cream
- Optional: 1 cup vanilla coconut yoghurt
Method
- Mix chia seeds, juice and coconut cream, ensuring there are no clumps of chia seeds. Refrigerate overnight.
- If using yoghurt, fold in before serving with fresh fruit and cashew pear cream.
